Do you have insurance?

Absolutely. The last thing you need is added stress on your day so I ensure that I have up-to-date public liability and professional indemnity insurance, as well as coverage for all my equipment. So we’re all covered. Plus alot of venues require this by law anyway!

Can we meet you before the day?

Of course! I always recommend meeting before the day so we can iron out any important details. This is the opportunity for you to get to know me and to ask any questions you have, and I will go through any information I need to know about your day.

Are your packages customisable?

If you are after something a bit more bespoke then I can absolutely create that for you. Whether you need extra hours of coverage or want to add an album or engagement shoot to your package, anything is possible!

Are there any additional costs?

I don’t do hidden fees, what you see is what you get! Travel up to 40-miles is included in your package, anything over this may incur a travel/accommodation fee but this will be quoted to you before booking, so there won’t be any hidden expenses to worry about. Though if you would like any extras included in your package, this can be arranged of course!

When will I receive my photos?

Once edited, your photos will be delivered to you in the form of an online gallery within a maximum of 4-6 weeks after your big day. USB deliveries will take up to 8 weeks as they are custom made for every client.

Do you have a second shooter?

I fully recommend a second shooter for large weddings or full day coverage, which is why I have altered my packages to include a second photographer within the price for any coverage over 5 hours. The majority of the time, it will be my colleague Nicola who is basically my twin! We are a well oiled machine when we work together and there’s no one I trust more.

Do you do posed photographs?

My style is mostly a candid approach, however I always suggest doing formal family photos as well as a few posed bridal and couple shots. I recommend all my couples make a list of group shots they would like prior to the day. If you’re after a particular posed shot as well throughout the day, don’t be afraid to ask!

Will you send me a contract to sign?

Yes, I require all my clients to sign a contract as well as a deposit upon booking. This is to protect both parties. I am very happy to go through it with you if you have any questions and alterations can be made if necessary upon mutual agreement!

What are my payment options?

Once we have decided on the right package for you and you’re happy to proceed, I will send you my contract to sign. I will then require a non-refundable deposit, and upon payment of which, your booking will be secure. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your day. I require all payments to be made by bank transfer as this is the most safe and secure way for both of us.
